Terms & Conditions

  • We recommend you to call us if you are sending Electronics / Medicines / Eatables / Wood etc. . These items might attract a surcharge.
  • For Sending Medicines Adhaar Card, PAN Card & Passport is Required.
  • In-case of loss of parcels containing medicines, UBT is liable upto INR 2500 for shipments sent by any other Courier Brand, while UBT is liable upto INR 1500 if shipments are sent by Self Networks.
  • The Company offers free re-packaging services. In-case your box is not fit for international delivery, it will be re-packed at NO cost.
  • We only provide door to door service and offer online and call support.
  • There is a slab of 0.5 kg till 20 kgs and a slab of 1 kg thereafter.
  • The higher of actual and dimensional weight will be charged. To check dimensional weight of your parcel.
  • In-case you send the restricted items, they will be returned back to your door.
  • Only business / working days will be considered for ETA.
  • Customs duties, if applied, will be paid by the consignee and the Company doesn’t have any financial interest in it.
  • Rates mentioned above are for Non Commercial consignments only.
  • Mandatory to provide two ID proofs of the sender.
